Job Overview
We are looking for confident and motivated Telecallers to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Explain the company's products and services to customers.
Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into business.
Maintain customer details and call records.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer handling.
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
