Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Kuber Poly Products. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹18000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Facebook, and other channels.
Provide accurate quotations and address customer queries promptly.
Conduct introductory calls to new leads, presenting the company and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Update lead information in the CRM and ensure systematic communication tracking.
Follow up with leads and prepare weekly reports on progress and lead status.
Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
