Key Responsibilities :
•Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
•Explain insurance products, benefits, and policy details clearly.
•Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
•Maintain customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
•Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
•Update customer information and sales records in the system.
•Provide support and resolve customer queries professionally.
•Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing.
Requirements :
•Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
•Basic to good English communication skills.
•Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
•Sales or telesales experience will be an added advantage.
•Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
•Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
•Basic computer knowledge required.
Working Details :
•Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
•Week Off: Sunday Fixed
