Telecaller

Telecaller with a strong background in Tourism industry at Mount Road Chennai, This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to attract new customers, and maintaining regular follow-ups with current clients with a customer-first approach for lasting relationships.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.
