Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors.
Explain available real estate projects, property features, and pricing.
Answer customer queries politely and professionally.
Maintain customer database and follow up regularly.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback and market insights to the sales manager.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills ( kannada/Hindi/English as needed).
Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (training will be provided).
Confident, polite, and customer-friendly approach.
Ability to work with targets and handle pressure.
Minimum education: 10th / Intermediate (preferred).
Prior telecalling/sales experience is an advantage.
