We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Telecaller who will be responsible for generating leads and hiring delivery personnel for our various clients in the logistics, e-commerce, and food delivery space. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a go-getter attitude to handle high-volume outreach and onboarding.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates from internal databases or sourced leads.
Explain job profiles including salary, incentives, shift timings, and requirements clearly to candidates.
Perform lead generation activities via cold calling, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or referrals.
Ensure candidates meet eligibility criteria (documents, driving license, location fit, etc.).
Guide interested candidates through the end-to-end joining process.
Maintain daily call reports, lead trackers, and hiring records in Excel or CRM systems.
Work actively to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.
Handle inbound queries in a professional and helpful manner.
Follow ethical recruitment practices – no money is to be taken from candidates.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold the company’s reputation with candidates and clients.
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, recruitment, or BPO sales preferred.
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and basic internet tools.
Fluent in Hindi; additional languages like English or regional dialects are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional in conduct.
