Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our Jaipur team. The ideal candidate will connect with school decision-makers, present our preschool publication samples, schedule appointments for demonstrations, and follow up to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to schools to introduce Kenbee publications and products.

• Fix appointments with principals, directors, and key decision-makers for sample reviews.

• Maintain detailed call logs, contact records, and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.

• Maintain professionalism, fluency, and clarity in both English and Hindi communication.

• Support administrative and reporting requirements related to telecalling and sales.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / telesales, preferably in the education or publishing sector.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and maintaining call records.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized.
