Job description
Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for real estate leads.
Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Provide relevant information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Explain basic project details such as location, configuration, pricing, and payment plans.
Regularly follow up with interested and prospective clients.
Generate and schedule qualified client meetings and property site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client responses in CRM/Excel.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and site-visit targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
0-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Pre-Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Sales.
Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates from Insurance, Banking, Loans, Automobile, Education, BPO, or other sales backgrounds are welcome.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.
Strong Hindi communication skills are essential.
Basic English communication skills will be an advantage.
Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Self-motivated and eager to learn about the real estate industry.
