Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Kaps Management ( Under the client - Finzila Private Limited ). The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹10000 - ₹16000 + Incentive based on performance. Company will provide PF & ESIC facility after complete the 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold call to provided numbers for selling the PL or BL.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify the provided docs, correct errors and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure docs accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Disburse the approve case with the help support team.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
