Job Summary

Role: Loan Sales Telecaller / Outbound Telesales Executive
Department: Inside Sales / Telemarketing
Objective: Drive loan disbursements through telephonic consultations and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Call prospects from provided databases to pitch various loan products.
Customer Screening: Filter leads by checking income, employment, and credit history suitability.
Product Explanation: Detail loan features, interest rates, repayment tenures, and processing fees.
Document Collection: Follow up with interested clients to gather necessary KYC and income documents.
Target Achievement: Meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly loan login/disbursement targets.
CRM Maintenance: Update call logs, customer responses, and follow-up dates in the system. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, banking, or financial services (fresher friendly).
Communication: Clear, persuasive speaking skills with strong active listening.
Languages: Fluency in the regional language; working knowledge of English is highly preferred.
Soft Skills: High negotiation ability, patience, and resilience against customer rejections.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Connected Calls: Number of successful conversations per day.
Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of called leads that apply for a loan.
