Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller / Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Contact existing customers to inform them about new products or services.

• Answer questions about products or the company.

• Understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Maintain records of calls and sales and update the CRM regularly.

• Handle complaints or objections professionally and calmly.

• Follow up with leads and ensure conversion into sales.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role (preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn about products and services and explain them clearly to customers.

• Patience, persuasion, and resilience under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

• Fluency in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, or local language].

Education:

• Minimum qualification: [10th / 12th Pass / Graduate – customize as needed].
