Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Maintain call records and customer information.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Positive attitude with confidence in speaking over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).

• Ability to convince customers and handle queries professionally.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Experienced tele callers will be preferred.
