Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele Caller to join our team in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining financial products and services, and generating leads or closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch financial products (like loans, insurance, investment plans, etc.)

• Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling

• Answer questions about products and services, and resolve customer queries

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and conversion rates

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding or service delivery

• Handle rejections and objections professionally

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or telesales

• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Kannada, English, and Hindi preferred)

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
