Telesales Telecaller

* We are seeking a confident and persuasive Tele-Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers over calls, build relationships, and generate sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for achieving sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Call fresh leads provided by the company and introduce Royal Mobisol's products and services.

* Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.

* Explain product features, pricing, COD facility, and ordering process.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

* Follow up with interested customers until order confirmation.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates in the CRM or Excel.

* Achieve daily call targets and monthly sales goals.

* Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing.

* Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

*Required Skills*

* Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi is mandatory; basic English is preferred).

* Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work with sales targets.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and self-motivation.

*Qualification*

* Minimum 12th Pass.

* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

* Previous experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, or customer support will be an added advantage.

*Working Days & Timings*

* Tuesday to Sunday

* 11:00AM to 07:30 pm

* Weekoff Monday
