Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Telecaller to Join E-Commerce Logistic. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, convincing riders about our products, and coordinating interviews. The role requires good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilitie:

Make outbound calls to fresh leads and explain company products and services
Call potential riders and brief them about Evify’s offerings
Convince and engage riders through effective communication
Follow up with interested candidates and schedule them for interviews
Maintain and update call remarks, follow-up status, and daily reports in Excel and Google Sheets
Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all interactions
Maintain professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner.

Required Skills and EDUCATION:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Ability to handle calls confidently and professionally.
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling/CRM experience will be an added advantage.
