Job Description:

The job is to reach out to various customers over phone, explain them our project details and Understand the Customer requirements. Required at least 1 year experience Candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

● Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right project to the Customers.

● Explaining the project details.

● Understand the Customer requirements. And encourage them for site visit.

● Passing on the site visit lead to the sales team.

Skill and Competencies required:

● Business and Process Knowledge

● Customer Orientation

● Language skills English / Telugu/Hindi

● Telemarketing / Selling Skills

● CRM knowledge

● Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word
