Telecaller

Jain Rojgar Classes is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our growing education team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to students, providing complete information about our coaching courses, resolving queries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students.

• Explain course details clearly and confidently.

• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.

• Maintain records of calls and follow-up details.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and enrollments.

• Coordinate with the admission team for counseling.

• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with students.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in Hindi (required) and basic English (preferred)

• Confident and polite tone

• Basic knowledge of computer and CRM tools

• Sales or counseling skills (training provided if fresher)

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred)

• Prior experience in telesales or counseling is a plus

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
