Telecaller

We are looking for a Real Estate Tele-calling Executive(Work from Office) to join our team at IFY Realtech based out of NOIDA. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

Job Requirements:

● Fluent in English and Hindi

● Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft excel

● Good knowledge of Noida and Delhi NCR geography

● Excellent communication & convincing skills

● Strong in social media promotion

● A self-starter and challenge taker

● Experience in real estate sector will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities

● Calling on leads received from various platforms.

● Understanding customer requirements and solving their queries.

● Fixing appointment/site visits and passing on the feedback to field sales executives.

● Keeping a database of leads and feedback received from the customer.

● Arranging follow-up calls and taking ownership of lead closure.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
