Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Thane West
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and explain educational programs.

• Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into enrollments.

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable courses or programs.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.

• Coordinate with the admissions/counselling team for smooth onboarding.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the education sector.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
