Job Description
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Schedule and conduct site visits, property showings, and client meetings
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available real estate inventory, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Assist clients with documentation, negotiation, and closing of deals
• Update and manage CRM with client details, follow-ups, and sales status
• Attend training sessions, property expos, and sales events as required
