Telesales Telecaller

Insono Hearing Solutions is looking for a Telecaller to join our team and support customer communication and lead follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about our hearing care services.

• Follow up with leads generated through various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and guide them regarding hearing assessments, appointments, and services.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the relevant team.

• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Follow up with customers to improve appointment conversions.

• Meet assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach during every interaction.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident and clear communication over the phone.

• Good listening and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is preferred.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Target-oriented and disciplined approach.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
