Telecaller

We are seeking a skilled Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, promoting our products/services, and generating leads. Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English, and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote products/services.

2. Generate leads, build relationships, and maintain customer interactions.

3. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their queries and concerns.4. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in Kannada, English & Hindi.

2. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

4. Basic knowledge of computer applications .
