Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Initiating cold calls to potential clients, including builders, developers, property owners, and contractors to promote construction products.
Inbound Query Handling: Responding to inquiries about product specifications, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines.
Relationship Management: Building rapport with existing customers (distributors/dealers) to ensure repeat orders.
Product Knowledge Application: Clearly explaining the features and benefits of various materials to convince clients.
CRM Management: Maintaining detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and lead progress in CRM software.
Quotation Support: Assisting in creating quotations, following up on them, and coordinating with the logistics/sales team to process orders.
Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs regarding call volume, leads generated, and sales closed.
