We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives (Female) for Home Loan & Mortgage process at our office in Connaught Place / Rajiv Chowk, Delhi.

🔹 Job Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls for Home Loan & Mortgage inquiries

• Explain loan products to customers and generate quality leads

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Follow up with interested customers

• Update customer details in CRM/system

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Female candidates only

• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Experience in Home Loan / Mortgage / Finance preferred

• Good Hindi communication skills (basic English acceptable)

• Comfortable with Inside Sales / Telecalling

• Immediate joiners preferred

🔹 Location Preference (Important)

• Office Location: CP / Rajiv Chowk, Delhi

• Only nearby candidates preferred (within 10 km)

🔹 Salary & Incentives

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

• Incentives: ₹500 per successful login + up to ₹3,000 monthly performance bonus

• Fixed day shift
