Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information.
Explain products, services, offers, and promotions.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Record call details and update CRM/customer databases.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.
