Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote new and existing automobile models.
Engage with inbound inquiries from customers seeking information about vehicles, pricing, features, and financing options.
Qualify leads by gathering customer preferences, budget, and timeline for vehicle purchase.
Schedule test drives and appointments with authorized dealerships and sales executives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads consistently to nurture interest and drive conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with current campaigns and promotions.
Provide feedback on customer sentiment and market trends to improve sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service within the automotive or related industry.
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Malayalam; fluency in Hindi and English is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high degree of accuracy and initiative.
Proficient in using CRM tools and basic computer applications (MS Office, email, internet).
Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Valid ID proof and residence proof for verification purposes.
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule as per business requirements.
