Job Title: Telecaller (Junior Relationship Executive)

Location: Vesu, Surat

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/month

Work Days: 6 days/week

Department: Marketing / Customer Relations

Reports To: Team Leader / Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, handling queries, and supporting relationship-building efforts. This is a junior-level role ideal for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make daily outbound calls to clients or leads as assigned.

• Explain products or services to customers in a clear and polite manner.

• Assist in maintaining good relationships with existing customers.

• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

• Update customer details and call status in the system.

• Escalate any unresolved customer issues to the supervisor.

• Collect feedback and share customer insights with the team.

• Support the marketing and sales teams in achieving targets.

Required Skills:

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.

• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly and patient attitude on calls.

• Customer Focus: Willingness to help and understand customer needs.

• Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to enter call details and use CRM or Excel.

• Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn about the company’s services/products.
