Job Overview:

We are looking for a sincere and confident Counselor to join our team at our Adajan branch, specializing in the IT Education Sector. The ideal candidate will assist students in selecting appropriate IT courses and provide guidance throughout the admission process. Fluency in Gujarati is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with walk-in and telephonic inquiries

• Explain available IT training programs and help students choose suitable options

• Understand student profiles and recommend appropriate career paths

• Guide students through the course admission process and collect documentation

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates

• Keep accurate student records and update CRM/database

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth enrollment and batch scheduling

• Occasionally support student outreach programs and seminars

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream

• BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech preferred (Freshers can apply)

• Must be fluent in Gujarati (mandatory), along with Hindi and basic English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails)

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
