Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Caller to connect with potential and existing customers over phone calls, explain company products/services, generate leads, and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain products/services and address customer queries.
Generate leads and schedule meetings/demo calls for the sales team.
Follow up with potential customers on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer information in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the concerned department.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead generation is an added advantage.
