Telecaller

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller for Domestic sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle outbound, engage with customers in the local language, and contribute to lead generation in order to invite them to exhibit their products for the Exhibition.

 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential manufaturers to promote products/services

• Invite Manufacturers to exhibit their product for the Exhibition 

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems

• Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships

• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum education: Graduation

• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Ability to follow scripts and adapt to customer responses

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
