The role involves contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell insurance products, provide information, and support policy conversions. Call customers from the database and explain available insurance plans (health, motor, travel, etc.).
Generate interest and assess customer needs through engaging conversations.
Clearly communicate product features, eligibility, premium details, and benefits.
Guide customers through the sales process, including policy selection and documentation.
Maintain follow-up with interested customers to convert inquiries into successful sales.
Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to KYC and IRDAI guidelines.
Maintain complete and updated customer records using internal CRM tools.
Handle confidential data responsibly and maintain customer trust.
Respond to customer queries and offer assistance with policy-related information.
Build long-term customer relationships by offering consistent and quality service.
Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred)
Experience: 1 to 2 years in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales (preferred)
Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Shift: General Shift – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Mode: Office-based (Chennai location)
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to convince and handle objections confidently
Target-driven mindset with excellent sales aptitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRMs
Knowledge of insurance products is an added advantage
Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 per month
