We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs. You will play a key role in driving admissions by promoting our training programs to prospective students over the phone.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
Explain training programs, course benefits, and institute offerings.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain a database of calls and leads using CRM tools.
Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for campaigns.
1–2 years of experience in telesales or telecalling (preferably in the education or training sector).
Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Urdu.
Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM systems.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
