Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with potential customers, and providing accurate information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Explain services clearly and professionally
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system
Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses
Achieve daily/weekly call targets

Requirements:

Any degree qualification
Basic communication skills in Telugu and English
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Prior calling experience is an added advantage
Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently
