Tele Sales Executive – Healthcare Call Centre

About the Role

We are urgently hiring Tele Sales Executives for our healthcare call centre. This is a target-driven sales role involving outbound calling, lead conversion, and handling inbound customer queries. The role is ideal for candidates seeking a fixed salary with high incentives and rapid career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers
Handle inbound calls, customer queries, and upselling opportunities
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Conduct regular follow-ups to close pending leads
Update customer details, call status, and sales in CRM software
Ensure customer satisfaction while driving conversions
Follow company SOPs, call scripts, and quality standards

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
