About the Role
VSG India is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to support our business development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators and enjoy interacting with potential clients to generate business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients for lead generation
Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/BDM team
Maintain and update the database of prospects, leads, and follow-ups
Provide a basic overview of company services (Security Guarding & Facility Management)
Handle initial client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Track and report daily calling activities and lead status
Required Experience
1–3 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales
Prior experience in B2B calling will be an added advantage
Key Skills
Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/local language is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate (with relevant experience)
