Function: Handles all customer queries in a professional manner, Gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Make telephone calls to prospects.

• Take appointment for the demo of product for sales persons.

• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

• Follow up with customers on daily basis.

Educational Qualification:

Any Graduate (NO UNDERGRADUATE)
