Telesales Telecaller

Hittok Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, polite, and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer calls, provide information about company products and services, generate leads, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.

• Explain company products, services, offers, and promotional schemes to customers.

• Generate and follow up on sales leads through phone calls.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.

• Update customer details and call status in the company's CRM or database.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

• Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain good customer relationships.

• Follow company communication standards and maintain professionalism during calls.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in Hindi and Bengali; basic English communication is preferred.

• Pleasant and confident telephone manner.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM, or computer applications.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling/customer-support experience is an advantage.
