HirezU is looking for a talented Telecaller to join our growing team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Goodwill Infinity, , Kharghar, Navi Mumbai – 410210
WORKING HOURS:
10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)

JOB TITLE: TELECALLER - CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Be the Voice of HirezU: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing friendly and informative assistance to potential immigration and visa clients.
Turn Inquiries into Opportunities: Skillfully guide conversations, address inquiries, and qualify leads for
consultation appointments.
Expertly Explain Immigration: Clearly and concisely explain immigration processes, visa categories, and
eligibility criteria, empowering clients with the knowledge they need.
Build Relationships: Create a positive and professional experience for every caller, building trust and rapport.
Drive Results: Meet monthly targets for lead generation and conversion, contributing to the company's growth.
Stay Organized: Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system, documenting interactions and follow-up activities.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Excellent Communication Skills: You articulate clearly and confidently in English, Hindi, and your local language.
People Skills: You have a knack for building rapport and connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
Tech Savvy: You're comfortable using MS Office and CRM software.
Customer Focus: You're dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
Active Listening: You listen attentively to understand client needs and concerns.
Drive to Succeed: You're motivated by targets and eager to achieve results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree is a must.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (experience in immigration is a plus, but we provide training!).
Salary : 25-30k PM
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with Navi Mumbai area is preferred.
