📢 Hiring: Telemarketing Executive

📍 Location: Chinar Park, Rajarhat, Kolkata

🕙 Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹12,000/month onwards + Incentives (Based on experience & performance)

🗓️ Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

🔍 Job Role:

We’re looking for confident and motivated Telemarketing Executives to generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with potential clients. Ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

🧩 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Clearly explain company services

Schedule minimum 4 appointments/day

Follow up on leads & maintain client relationships

Update CRM/database regularly

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets

✅ Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills welcome)

Strong verbal communication & convincing ability

Target-driven with a positive attitude

Basic CRM knowledge is a plus
