Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Generating leads

Scheduling appointments

Following up with potential clients

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database

Explain services clearly and persuasively to potential clients

Schedule at least 4 appointments daily for the sales team

Follow up with leads and maintain client interactions professionally

Update and manage customer databases with relevant information

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by management

Requirements

6 months to 1 year experience in telemarketing/sales preferred (freshers welcome)

Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities

Basic knowledge of CRM tools (added advantage)

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
