We are hiring Telecalling Executives to promote and sell our leading platforms – JoinSmart, DDLG, and Smart Sathi. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and client communication. Experience and Graduate candidates with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products and services.

• Promote JoinSmart, DDLG, and Smart Sathi platforms.

• Schedule product demonstrations and assist clients throughout the onboarding process.

• Maintain follow-ups with leads to convert them into customers.

• Keep records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

• Coordinate with the internal team for client support when necessary.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Graduated

Experience: 1 To 2 year ,Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred but not mandatory)

• Sales or telecalling experience is a plus

Key Roles

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Call prospects, share information, and convert leads into clients.

• Client Coordination: Handle end-to-end coordination with clients from inquiry to onboarding.

• Product Demonstration: Clearly explain platform features and benefits.

• Sales Targeting: Work towards daily and monthly sales goals.

• Customer Support: Address basic client questions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
