Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to promote ACT Fibernet’s internet services.Clearly explain pricing, features, and offers to potential customers.Address customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.Follow up on leads and ensure lead conversion to sales.Maintain accurate records of calls, customer data, and interactions.Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales (ISP/Telecom preferred).Fluency in Gujarati and English is mandatory.Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of broadband and internet services.Ability to work under targets and manage customer interactions professionally.Should be ready to join immediately and work from the Yeshwanthpur office.

Work Timings:

• Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts between 8:30 AM – 10:30 PM

• Female Candidates: Fixed Day Shift 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Interview Process:

• 2 Virtual Rounds of Interviews
