Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Health Insurance Telecaller to generate leads, explain health insurance products, follow up with customers, and assist them in choosing suitable insurance plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, premiums, and exclusions.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for policy issuance and documentation.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Provide basic post-sales support and resolve customer queries professionally.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and/or local languages.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Basic knowledge of health insurance is preferred.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
