Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, promoting products/services, answering queries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries.

• Explain products/services clearly and accurately.

• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

• Resolve customer issues and provide effective solutions.
