Job Description

Telecaller – B2B Process

Role: Connect with business clients, generate leads, and drive sales through outbound/inbound calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and follow up on leads

  • Pitch products/services, handle objections, and close deals

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet daily call targets

  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of B2B telecalling experience

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools

  • Target-driven with a positive attitude
