Telecaller – B2B Process
Role: Connect with business clients, generate leads, and drive sales through outbound/inbound calls.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients and follow up on leads
Pitch products/services, handle objections, and close deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM and meet daily call targets
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Requirements:
1–2 years of B2B telecalling experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM tools
Target-driven with a positive attitude
