Job Title: Female Telecaller & CRM Executive – Hardware Supplier

Location: Industrial Area Phase 1
Salary: Up to ₹17,000 per month
Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring a female Telecaller & CRM Executive for a Hardware Supplier company. The candidate will be responsible for customer calling, follow-ups, maintaining client records, and handling CRM activities.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers and clients
Handle customer follow-ups and inquiries
Maintain and update CRM data regularly
Coordinate with sales and operations teams
Manage WhatsApp and call communication professionally
Maintain customer records and daily reports

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Knowledge of MS Excel and calling etiquette
Prior telecalling/customer support experience preferred
