Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, generating leads, and scheduling site visits. You will play a key role in driving sales growth through effective communication and customer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential buyers and investors from the company’s database.Explain property details, features, and pricing to prospective clients.Generate and qualify leads for sales teams.Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure attendance.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM software.Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information.Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.Provide daily call reports and updates to the sales manager.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English and Hindi required; regional languages a plus).Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
