We are looking for a Telecaller – Cloud Sales & Software to join our team at Htwo Cloud. The role involves handling client communication, explaining cloud services, managing leads, and ensuring accurate information delivery. You will play a key role in supporting our sales process and helping businesses move to cloud-based solutions efficiently.

📞 Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential customers via calls and explain cloud services (Tally, Busy, Marg on Cloud, Dedicated Servers, VPS, etc.)
Ensure that client data and interactions remain accurate and updated in the system
Verify customer requirements, resolve queries, and identify opportunities
Maintain and organize digital records of leads and follow-ups
Support administrative and sales coordination tasks when required
Generate reports on leads, conversions, and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data

💡 Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience Range: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions
Basic computer knowledge
