Telesales Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with potential clients through company-provided leads, building strong rapport, and successfully convincing them to visit our office for product sale discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management: Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company in a timely and professional manner.

Client Engagement: Understand client requirements, answer product related queries, and pitch our projects effectively.

Office Visits: Drive conversions by persuading interested prospects to schedule and complete site or office visits.

Relationship Building: Maintain cordial follow-ups with prospective buyers to nurture long-term interest.

Performance Delivery: Focus on consistent, quality output and productivity to contribute positively to company goals.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in telecalling.

Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Attitude: Target-friendly mindset focused on delivering strong results rather than strict, stressful quotas.

Working Hours & Compensation

Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a week

Salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable/Variable based on your experience and interview performance)
