Job Summary

Gurfateh Developers is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective clients, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company projects and services.

• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits.

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in Real Estate.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to handle customer queries effectively.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Experience

• Required: 1–2 Years (Fresher also apply )
